Book Review on Beyond Candlesticks By Steve Nison

This is the 2nd book by Steve Nison on Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques. This book reviews and re-introduce the basics of Japanese Candlestick Charting from his 1st book, Japanese Candlestick Charting Techniques. It certainly is a classic that deserves a spot in your book collection. However, adding this book can be rather pricey. Good news is, there are new juicy bits on “merging” candlesticks to form a new candlestick that reveals information on market sentiment during that period, the introduction of japanese charts such as “3 Line Break”, “Renko” and “Kagi”, how japanese candlestick are used in charting, an insight of how japanese traders and investors use western indicators such as moving averages to assist them in making decisions during their trades.
